A 4 km au nord de Bourg, le Château Bégot est un domaine familial exploité par Joachim Haas, jeune viticulteur passionné ayant grandi entre la région Bordelaise et le Pays Basque.
Au coeur des Côtes de Bourg, le vignoble s’étendant sur 8 hectares, bénéficie d’une situation exceptionnelle grâce à sa proximité avec la Dordogne et l’exposition des coteaux plein sud. Ce terroir unique par sa composition et son exposition permet d’élaborer des vins généreux, complexes et qualitatifs.
Amoureux de la terre et de ce qu’elle peut apporter de merveilleux, Joachim est soucieux de l’environnement et du respect des consommateurs.
Il met un point d’honneur à travailler en agriculture raisonnée, utilise exclusivement des produits BIO, des boitiers d’hormones sexuelles et désherbe les vignes à l’aide
d’une charrue.
Depuis 2019 le Château Bégot est labélisé Haute Valeur Environnementale III (HVEIII) avec pour objectif l’obtention de la certification Biologique .
Le château Bégot est fier de vous annoncer que le vignoble a finalisé sa conversion totale en Agriculture Biologique pour la récolte 2023.

4 km north of Bourg, Château Bégot is a family estate run by Joachim Haas.
Joachim Haas, a passionate young winemaker who grew up in the Bordeaux region and the Basque country.
In the heart of the Côtes de Bourg, the 8-hectare vineyard enjoys an exceptional location location thanks to its proximity to the Dordogne river and the south-facing south-facing slopes. This terroir, unique in its composition and exposure to produce generous, complex, high-quality wines.
Joachim loves the land and all the wonderful things it has to offer the environment and respect for consumers.
He makes it a point of honor to work with sustainable agriculture, using only organic products products, sex hormone boxes and weeds the vines with a plough.
Since 2019, Château Bégot has been certified High Environmental Value III (HVEIII) with the aim of obtaining organic certification.
Château Bégot is proud to announce that the vineyard has completed its conversion to Organic Agriculture for the 2023 harvest.
